Right off the bat I should say that I don't like to name names. When you do that, inevitably people get forgotten, and feelings get hurt, so only a few names will be mentioned directly here.

The creation of any book takes the work of so many people. First and foremost, thanks to my wife and companion Lisa who puts up with me spending my time writing (at least that's what I'm calling it).
