Oracle Database 12c Performance New Features
Oracle Database 12c offers several new features with respect to improving the performance of the database, tuning bad SQL statements, and monitoring database performance. In this chapter we will cover each of these topics in some detail. First we will look at statistics-related new features, and then we will dive into Optimizer-related new features—only two sections, true, but there is oh so much packed into these two sections!
