An important feature of good reporting is the use of graphs. Graphs are a powerful, visual representation of the data from your database. Discoverer uses a Graph Wizard to take you through the steps of creating a graph. Since the first edition of this book, Oracle has brought graphing forward dramatically in Discoverer. Graphing has been available in both Desktop and Plus since release 4, and it is featured prominently in Plus today.
NOTE
