Adding lookups, date fields, and lists

We will now change the properties of some of the items in our new block to create a new lookup, configure date fields, and add a list item. To do this we will perform the following tasks:

If you look at the table definition you will see that there is a column called CODE. In the database we will be storing the code of the society in this field. However, we need to have a mechanism to be able to add new societies and clubs and also we need a more user-friendly name to display in the form.
