Cloud Control Security and User Management
Security is an important part of administering Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c. Security within OEM Cloud Control 12c is greatly enhanced over OEM 11g via the introduction of credential sharing. This allows privileges that an administrator has established to be propagated to another administrator, thus allowing for access, while at the same time reducing the number of people who share the same password. This and other security topics, such as the enhanced use of Sudo and PowerBroker, will be covered in this chapter.
