Create a Project Plan

Once you decide which products you will be implementing, and have pulled together your team, you need to make a plan. Most full implementations of HFM take between five and eight months. During the first month, you establish your requirements and design. The installation, administrator training, and a change control process meeting should also happen during the first month.
