Process Management
After data is loaded into the system, HFM can require users to open grids and reports to ensure the data has passed some set of validations. Then require the users to “sign off” on the data submitted. The system records the user, time and date stamps, and any additional comments. Process Management provides all of this information. It is a valuable and helpful tool for companies to track, validate, and collect signoff on data. Consistent automated validations allow for better auditing and are yet another way HFM helps improve the data quality. If you don’t use this functionality, you are ignoring a very valuable tool for your close.
