I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Oracle Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management (FDM) is a packaged data transformation tool that feeds financial data to HFM, Planning, and Essbase. FDM is a great tool for accountants and end users. It has some nice features that help with audit and reconciliation. It has the ability to see a history of the mapped data. FDM helps users, administrators, and auditors to investigate, identify, and correct errors. There are controls and validations you can build in to make sure the data being loaded is good. You can get adapters to load to HFM Planning and Essbase, or pull from many types of sources.
