The Team
The team at Fictus could not have been more perfect for this project. They had a great understanding of the issues that come with software implementations. They did have a very tight budget, though. So they relied on internal resources as much as they could to deliver the project.
The team consisted of the controller, two data reconciliation resources, and the administrator. The consulting team consisted of only two people, a very senior resource and a junior resource to write reports and help with data reconciliation.
