Today, Compute Cloud is one of the top-notch services on the market. Many cloud providers support the compute service, which makes compute services the basis of many other cloud services, such as Platform as a Service (PaaS ) and Software as a Service (SaaS ) (see Figure 2-1). Compute is a new-generation service for creating new virtual machines that include many platforms.
