Not WebDB 3.0, Not iPortal, But Oracle Portal

This is an entirely new product; this is not WebDB with a minor facelift; this really is a new product. The old stuff (functionality) still exists under the covers, but it is just the development tool now…it used to be “the product.” Although Oracle did not like to position it as a developer wizard, they did like to say that WebDB was a content management tool. It is now truly a content management tool.
