Throughout Part II of this book, you have learned about ADF Business Components, ADF’s technology for creating business services. ADF BC is the simplest way to provide business services for J2EE applications, but it is by no means the only way. The ADF model layer can also use Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) technology, ordinary Java classes, or web services as business service providers.
