How Can I Edit Data Bindings?
We have looked at the act of creating bindings through drag-and-drop actions and seen that the binding information for a page is stored in the PageDef file. Now we need to examine those bindings in more detail and see how they can be edited. As you become more familiar with ADF, you will find yourself spending more and more time in the PageDef file. Familiarity with manually creating and editing bindings is the key to success with the framework.
To view the bindings, you can open the PageDef file from the navigator, or, as we saw in Chapter 7, there are two shortcuts to the binding information, as follows:
