Invoke Partial Page Rendering
Partial Page Rendering (PPR) is one of the most powerful features of the ADF Faces component set that TUHRA uses. PPR appears as smart components that work in the background. It asynchronously performs tasks, such as sending or fetching data from the view object (or other business tier model component), without having to refresh the entire page in the browser. A standard, browser-based application interacts with the server only when the user clicks a button or a hyperlink. At that time, the entire page is returned from the server with an associated time delay and bandwidth cost.
