Oracle WebCenter is, among other things, a building block for your applications. It was not put together from scratch: it uses Oracle’s own ADF framework extensively. The WebCenter programming model, offered in WebCenter Framework, is simply an extension of the ADF one; to use the former, you must master the latter.
