An essential part of any application is content. Content can be various things, the most obvious one being pictures of some kind (product pictures, personnel pictures, etc.), but it can also be document-style content. If you are using a project management application, you might want to manage structured data about the project, like open tasks, through the application. Projects usually also include unstructured information in the form of documents such as reports and meeting minutes; this information needs managing and, ideally, should be managed and accessible through the same application as the structured information about the project.
