Debmohan Chatterjee is already sixty-five and is now seriously worried about the fate of the family business, a paper mills machinery manufacturing company ‘Tara Sundari Paper Mills’. It was founded by his late father Debdas Chatterjee. The company had grown rapidly and once it employed a workforce of over 500 in addition to the engineers, managers, accountants and other white-collar employees. The good time for Tara Sundari was, however, slowly coming to an end.
