We spend eighty percent of our time each day putting out fires. Successful completion of projects by the given deadline is what improves your company and gets you noticed. Projects seem to take forever to get started, so they are easy to procrastinate. The more difficult the project, the more tasks a project involves, the higher the probability you won’t start it until the last minute, using a wing-it planning strategy.
