Add a New Contact
To store contact information for a particular person, you first need to create a new contact within Contacts. You do that by creating a new card, which is a Contacts item that stores data about a person or company.
Each card can store a wide variety of information. For example, you can store a person’s name, company name, phone numbers, e-mail address, instant messaging data, street address, notes, and much more. Although you will mostly use Contacts cards to store data about people, you can also use a card to keep information about companies.

Click File.
Click New Card.
