7.5. How Do I Turn On Journaling?
In the Navigation Pane, click on either the Journal button or the Journal icon. (You can also click the Go menu option and then select Journal.) The first time you enter the Journal section of Outlook, you'll see a message box (see Figure 7-2) asking if you want to turn on journaling.
