Outlook is great when you’re working on a Windows PC, but it’s unrealistic to assume that that’s all people will use. Especially when you’re using a mobile device, you may prefer a Google application or the native apps on your iPhone.
Outlook actually integrates fairly nicely with both Google and Apple products, but it isn’t obvious how to set up those connections. You could scour the Internet for hours clicking on articles that supposedly explain how to do it, but many of them are just clickbait for some add-on application that someone wants to sell you.
Alternatively, you could read this chapter, which explains in no-nonsense terms how to set up those connections. And I promise I won’t try to sell you anything. Well, except this book.
