YOU’VE INVITED ALL YOUR FRIENDS OVER TO WATCH THE SUPER BOWL IN A FEW DAYS AND SHOW OFF YOUR SUPERCLEAR PICTURE—AND NOW YOU’VE LOST THE REMOTE. YOU RUN TO THE STORE WHERE YOU BOUGHT THE SET. THEY TELL YOU TO CONTACT THE DISTRIBUTOR OR THE MANUFACTURER. EITHER WAY, IT’S GOING TO TAKE A COUPLE OF WEEKS OR MORE BEFORE YOU GET A NEW REMOTE.
