How to Make Friends Across Age Gaps at Work

When I interviewed for my first job, I was focused solely on impressing the hiring managers. Getting an offer was the priority, and everything else came second. What I didn’t think about was what life would be like after landing the role. It wasn’t until much later that I realized how important the connections I’d formed with my coworkers had become. Not only did they provide me with community, but they also made me a better employee.
