Struggle, Lifestyle or Performance?

I have interviewed over 3,000 entrepreneurs around the world. I've discovered there are three types of entrepreneurs and leaders who are playing different games in business:

  1. A struggle game: These people are clinging to the past, getting stuck in fear, refusing to move on and repeating processes that don't work. Businesses or people that are addicted to the struggle, miss the bigger picture because they are too busy working a plan that is predictably set to fail in the future.
