The value and importance of your work is defined by you. Meaning is not controlled by what happens in your life. It is made by your interpretation of the events in your life. Since we all view the world through a different lens, it is impossible to provide a universal, one-size-fits-all definition of meaningful work. It is too subjective. Meaning is what you bring to the table. It is uniquely yours. No one can define it for you.
