In the Introduction, I suggested that this would not be your typical business book, that Ownership Thinking would require a significant level of participation and accountability from both leadership and employees, and that everyone would have to step up and take responsibility for their own destinies. I also told you that there were spiritual, psychological, political, and human (emotional) elements to business and that I would do my best to address these without being too contentious.
