Common Characteristics of Great Companies
Some time ago I was having dinner with a client of mine, who at one point during dinner asked me the following question: “You’ve worked with hundreds of companies, Brad. What are some of the common characteristics you see in the truly great ones?” As far as I could remember, no one had ever asked me this question before.
