Huddle Guidelines

What follows is a variety of information that we provide to clients to ensure that they have effective forecasting sessions, or huddles.

DEFINITION

Huddles are short, to-the-point meetings where participants use the company’s (or department’s or business unit’s) scoreboard to forecast results on a regular, formal basis.

OBJECTIVES OF HUDDLING

 The ultimate objective of utilizing scoreboards and forecasting is to meet or exceed goals. (Note: This is critically important.
