It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Chapter 3 looked at the wide range of ready-made brushes available in Painter 11, but even with all these varieties it is still often necessary to customize them to get exactly the brush strokes required. The Brush Creator contains all the controls for customizing brushes and this chapter explains them in detail.
It is worth remembering that often the only difference between one brush and another are just a few settings in the Brush Creator. The brushes are, after all, just presets made by the creators of Painter for our convenience. ...
