CLEANUP & CARE
One of the advantages of palette knife painting is the easy cleanup. Just wipe your knife and you’re done! There’s no need to clean mucky oil paint out of brushes.
However, oil and acrylic paint residue can build up on your knife over time. Some people prefer the extra layer of paint on the metal blade, but I really like the clean and sharp feel of the blade, so I try to keep mine clean.
