Introduction

There is a lot of buzz these days about mirrorless cameras. Mirrorless cameras are generally much smaller than traditional DSLR cameras, but the camera body is only part of the equation. The Lumix GX7 and GM1 use a smaller image sensor than most DSLRs, which allows the lenses to be smaller and lighter as well. It’s the combination of outstanding image quality and smaller gear that attracted me to Lumix cameras in the first place.
