As a conclusion to this book, we explore how to use paradoxical thinking as a basis for reflecting on action with groups in organizational settings. Although some readers may wish for detailed prescriptions on how to increase group effectiveness, we feel that this would run counter to the spirit of this book and overwhelm it with the number of contingencies that would have to be specified.
