Establishing and creating relationships is like planting seeds in a garden. But what is necessary for your plants to grow up? You need to feed up them, add water, fertilize, and place where they receive some sunlight. Then it happens the same with your relationships; the point is not only to establish them, you need to maintain and sustain them through periodical contact.
