So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Abstract:
The purpose of this chapter is to introduce the Modaris user to the specific pattern cutting toolbox displayed on the right-hand side of the screen, also known as the trade functions. Each menu is explained in turn, working through the functions from the top of the list down. Links are made with the tool bar menus and the keyboard. Only those most commonly used for pattern cutting are explained here, i.e. the commands that you need to know, what they do and where you would use them.
