Chapter 4. Iteration 0: Envisioning
This chapter describes the activities and tasks performed by the Oslec team during the initial iteration for the LogoAuction project as well as how PBE fits and helps them perform these activities. As stated in the previous chapter, the team is following an Agile development process. In the Envisioning1 iteration the project team defines the high-level scope and architecture of the project. The purpose is not to define and work through every detail, but to reach agreement on the high-level plan.
