One to one peer supervision

Definition: One to one peer supervision is a collaborative learning environment created between one coach, mentor or other professional (practitioner) and one other.

What we mean by one to one peer supervision

For the purposes of this book, we are referring to a one to one relationship between two practitioners, neither of whom is trained as a peer supervisor. Together they explore their work in a thought-provoking way both for their own benefit and for the benefit of their client and the wider system.
