Managing pitfalls

Definition: The Oxford Thesaurus defines pitfall as a noun; a hazard, danger, risk, peril, difficulty, catch, snag, stumbling block, and drawback.

What we mean by pitfalls

As outlined throughout the book, there are many benefits of working with a peer for supervision; however, there are also a number of risks that may need to be considered and managed. A common occurrence is that peer supervision relationships can grow out of similar interests, training or background.
