You will encounter the following terms frequently when discussing cloud services. Because these terms can be confusing and sometimes have different meanings to different people, I define them in the contexts you find in this book.
Append Blob A type of Azure Storage blob designed for holding data that is frequently appended to but not changed once written (for example, log files). These blobs can contain up to 195GB of data.
