See Yourself as Others See You
TO ASCERTAIN YOUR STYLE, turn to the People Styles Self-Assessment Inventory that you filled out in Chapter 3 (pages 26–27). The inventory is not a test. There is no better or worse combination of scores. As you recall, each style has tendencies to important strengths, and each has propensities to some weaknesses.
In each column, count the number of boxes you checked and record the totals in the appropriate “Total Scores” spaces.
