Make the Most of Your Gifts
A GIFT IS a significant natural aptitude. The salient characteristics of your people style are among the gifts you were endowed with. Making the most of these assets is key to fulfillment and success. You’ll make the most of your gifts when you do the following:
• Note the gifts—the potential strengths—of your style.
• Develop those gifts into actual strengths.
• Capitalize on those strengths.
