Change Management Overview

e can divide PeopleSoft Change Management into two segments: updates and upgrades. An upgrade involves moving from one software release to the next, whereas an update offers improvements within the same version. We usually associate upgrades with new features and significant enhancements. More recently, however, Oracle has made new features available to existing releases through off-cycle feature packs.
