Perfect Phrases to Resolve Project Interference

Many times project interference can be avoided by anticipating the potential sources of interference and involving the person—customer, supervisor, user—in planning his or her role in the project. But even if roles are properly defined and understood, things change. People forget what they agreed to, and changes made to the parameters of the project shift both how things are progressing and the way they are being carried out, leading to misunderstandings.
