Your top performers are your superstars. They consistently meet their lofty goals, objectives, and expectations and set a high level of productivity. You can rely on them to get the jobs done and done well. The challenge for coaching them is about keeping them happy, engaged, and continuing to perform at that level. You may have to offer more than just standard rewards with these performers, especially if they have been rewarded a lot already. You can think bigger and find lessons from your top performers that can be applied with other workers.
Before beginning to coach your top performers, ask yourself these questions:
