Tailoring the Principles and Practices for Project Success

Now that the principles are in place and the processes to implement those practices have been defined, we can examine the details of these practices to determine how to successfully manage different types of projects. In the last chapter, we looked at three sample projects; now we need to go deeper to gain an understanding of why certain things were done and others were skipped over. We need to learn how we can adapt the practices to various kinds of projects.
