Advanced Routing Techniques
16.1 Introduction
The class procedures described in Chapter 11 collect statistics, change system parameters, and cause transactions residing in queues, facilities, and delays, to resume motion in the network by affecting changes to transaction lists. The simulation program logic determines which changes should be made and when to affect the changes. Advanced modeling techniques for transaction routing are presented in this chapter.
