THE IMPACT EVALUATION PROCESS

This review of Guerra-López's impact evaluation process describes the seven reiterating steps of the model. The chapter identifies some of the strengths and weaknesses of the approach and acknowledges that the newness of the model works against having a significant body of criticism and response. After the model is examined, strengths and limitations are examined, and a sample application of the model is reviewed and analyzed.
