So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Visionary Corporation (TVC) is a leading global provider of integrated information solutions to business and professional customers. It provides must-have information and uses technology and applications that allow its customers to make better decisions faster. The TVC Sales EZ Maximizer tool (SEZM) was created to improve sales representatives' productivity through better access to data, as well as speed to transact business. TVC wanted to know if its efforts were paying off. The evaluator was tasked with helping stakeholders determine whether they should continue using the tool or try something else.
