Developing a Formal Feedback System

Performance feedback systems can provide employers and employees with documented information about performance in a variety of formats. There are any number of ways to design such a system. The most common performance feedback system is the traditional performance evaluation, which typically consists of formal written feedback presented annually to employees by their supervisor. It is an effective system, but it is not the only method available.
