Other Types of Feedback

We have discussed how organizations can deliver and track formal performance using specially designed forms that are completed and filed after a discussion between an employee and his or her supervisor. However, perhaps the most useful way to help employees improve is to provide informal feedback immediately after a task has been performed or the supervisor has observed a worker’s normal routine.
