I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
STRUCTURE OF PERFORMANCE AUDIT
Depending on the scope of performance audit in organization, it can be structured as under:
- Measuring the degree of professionalism.
- Measuring the efficiency.
- Measuring the economy.
Professionalism audit emphasize on the identification of any possible lapses in terms of personal bias and methodological issues while conducting the audit. Efficiency audit emphasizes on the objective achievement and effectiveness measurement. While the economy audit measures the economy or cost effectiveness of performance.
